30-Day Return & Exchange Window
We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Conditions for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (like your order number or receipt) is required.
Please note that damage caused by regular wear and tear does not qualify for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Gift cards
Custom-made or personalized products.
Sale items or items obtained through a free promotional offer.
Items that have been energetically cleansed, charged, or used for personal rituals by you.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact Us First: Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
Wait for Instructions: We will reply with detailed instructions and the correct return shipping address.
Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it back to us.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will take full responsibility and arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns or exchanges (where the item is not faulty), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
